REVIEW DRAW
BEBI Review Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is BEBI Beauty, United Kingdom (“BEBI”).
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of BEBI and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion.
To be eligible for the prize draw, reviews must be genuine and submitted by a customer who has purchased the product being reviewed. BEBI reserves the right to verify the entrant's purchase before awarding the prize.
3. How to enter
To enter, customers must submit an honest review of a BEBI product they have purchased during the applicable prize draw period.
Reviews may be positive, neutral or negative. The content or star rating of a review will not affect a customer's eligibility or chances of winning.
No additional purchase is necessary during the promotional period beyond the original purchase of the product being reviewed.
4. Entry limit
There is a maximum of one entry per person per quarterly prize draw, regardless of the number of reviews submitted.
5. Prize draw periods
The promotion operates as four separate prize draws each calendar year:
- 1 January – 31 March
- 1 April – 30 June
- 1 July – 30 September
- 1 October – 31 December
Entries must be received by 11:59pm UK time on the final day of the applicable prize draw period.
Entries received after the closing date will automatically be entered into the following prize draw, where eligible.
6. Prize
One winner per prize draw will receive £50 credit to spend at BEBI Beauty.
The prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. [The credit will be valid for 12 months from the date it is issued, after which any unused balance will expire.]
7. Winner selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable prize draw period.
The selection process will be conducted fairly and randomly.
8. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their review within 7 days of the draw closing.
The winner must respond within 14 days of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this period, BEBI reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Reviews
Entrants are encouraged to provide their genuine and honest opinion. There is no requirement to leave a positive review or a particular star rating.
Submitting a negative or neutral review will not reduce an entrant's chance of winning.
10. Verification and invalid entries
BEBI reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entries that are fraudulent, duplicated, automated, fabricated or otherwise do not comply with these terms.
11. Personal information
Personal information provided in connection with the prize draw will be used to administer the promotion, contact the winner and otherwise handled in accordance with BEBI's Privacy Policy.
12. General
BEBI reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
