Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. For hygiene and safety reasons, products with broken seals cannot be accepted for return. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@bebibeauty.com, including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue

If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
